Primary Responsibility
As a part of the backbone team that makes Livaza the #1 Marketplace in interior products for home and office, this role will challenge you to acquire Merchants that will become Livaza partners that provide products to sell in Livaza website. In a higher sense you'll feel their products as your own so you will do your best to ensure their quality whether their services or units when customers buy them in Livaza. In this role you will have a typical day of running the process of Merchant Discovery and Merchant Relation activities.
- Research potential merchants for partnership and compile them in the form of database
- Cold approach based on the database and interest them for partnership (by phone and by email)
- Email them for the needed documents for their review (Livaza Company Profile, PKS
- For Merchants, SLA - For Production Vendors)
- Do follow up and meetings (we urge you to meet with your merchants to better know their products)
- Discuss terms and conditions
- Prepare them for onboarding process to Livaza website, getting them to sign with Livaza first and getting the templates or SLA that will be processed to Livaza website
- Ensure no changes are made to the agreement unless it is approved by Manager level and above
- Keeping a solid business relations to ensure their products and deliveries
- Update Merchants for Livaza promo and events
- Track and analyze market trends and forecasts
- Understand customer preferences
- Study past sales and interpret data for new product direction
- Prepare Merchandising reports
- Fully understand products features, benefits and point of sale
- Tagging the right keyword (SEO) based on the given SOP
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree from reputable University
- Business skills and commercial awareness in marketplace
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures
- The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritize
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The capability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand what will appeal to customers;
