Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for secretarial and administration things (scheduling and calendars, handling telephone and meeting, document filling)• Managing database,organize documents,preparing and collating reports• Maintaining schedule, booking meetings and appointments.Distributing meeting agendas, scheduling meeting and recording and transcribing meeting minutes

• Age maximum 30 years old• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Admin/Secretar• Computer literate is a must especially in Microsoft Office• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Good interpersonal skill and personality, excellent communication skill, passionate, motivated, and multi-tasking• English both written and spoken is point plus
