- Menage and control all matters related Accounting, Finance and Tax
- Responsible for the efficiency and accuracy of Accounting and Cash Management, Budget Control and Financial Analysis
- Prepare Financial and Tax report
- Perform analysis of Actual against the Budget, reconcile of balance sheet(BS)
- Handle fixed asset, AR, AP
- Handle monthly cash flow forecasting
- Establish company budget and handle budget controlling
- File corporate tax and handle all tax related matters
- Ensure smooth running of office on a day-to-day basis
- Control and manage all contracts related to the office
- In-charge of general purchasing of company
- Expatriate management (visa, housing and etc)
- Organize and supervises administrative tasks
