• Responsible for the implementation of improvement process in the company• Coordinate, facilitate, and assist the implementation of improvement in the company internal processes• Coordinate the implementation of SS, 5R, and QCC

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any field, max. 28 years old• Handling experience in improvement process of minimum 1 year• Hava a good communication skill, logical thinking, facilitating skill, and social skill• Knowledge of operational on multifinance business is a plus• Diligent and target oriented
