- Welcoming guest- Handling check in and check out guest- Preparing welcoming and guest room- Handling room key- Handling guest request- Quick repson to answer incoming phone- Coordination with other dept to handling guest request- Handling problem related to produk and hotel service- Make report related to guest and guest comment about hotel
