Primary Responsibility
• Handling administrative matters concerning employee• Able to handle legal matters regarding company• Responsible for any disclipinary actions towards the employee• Able to create and fully understand HR Department workflow• Responsbile to dissiminate the company policies to the employee• Reviewing contract and company agreement • Responsible to any BPJS and employee insurance issues

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent• Fluent in English• Have good analytic and comprehension skills• Good grasp of Microsoft Office• Able to operate Microsoft Visio is a plus
