Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the upper management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. These activities may involve but not limited to:
-Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
-Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies
- Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices for office daily operational equipment
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office
- Managing documents and files
- Addressing resident concerns in accordance with company policies
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Sending and receiving forms for the company
- Answering the phone Assisting in various daily operations
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Managing administrative data for the financial period
- Greeting guests and visitors
