Primary Responsibility
Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to Leads, quotes or orders
Leads registration, qualification and distribution
Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
Technical Advisory and Solution Advocate
Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management

Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field
Able to read & understand Basic electrical schematic drawings and understand pneumatics systems
Basic PC and Networking knowledge
Minimum 2 years working experience in a Sales Engineer
Self-starter with a proactive approach
Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills
Willing to travel (within Indonesia)
Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
Valid driving license
Preferred:
Employee management experience and an empowering leadership style
First hand understanding of technical equipment manufacturing and marketing
Domiciled in Bekasi area, West Java
Placement in Bekasi Head Office & Surabaya Office
