Primary Responsibility
• Helping the community by providing support, both in and out of game• Resolving tickets/ email in a timely manner with accurate resolutions• Participating in phone/ live chat conversations if and when necessary• Providing reports to management addressing common customer concerns and current issues

• Have minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service / Help Desk Officer.• Maximum 25 years old• Graduate from reputable university any major with minimum GPA 3.25• Excellent in English both oral and written is a MUST• Ready to work with shift hour (9 am to 6 pm) or (12 pm to 9 pm)• Know basic skill about customer service• Able to use Ms Office• Creative, honest and self-motivated• Able to work independently, under pressure and manage multiple priorities
