In our Indonesian plant we produce world class lubricants for both the industrial and automotive market.
Primary Responsibility
Prepare Training Need Analysis, organize Annual Training Program and Training Evaluation;
Update Structure of Organization, Job description, and Competency assessment periodically;
Organize Orientation Training Program and Assist for On The Job Training Program;
Facilitate Soft Skill Training program and Assist for the other HRD development programs.
Qualification
Qualification
General Requirement:
Have a bachelor degree, any major;
Fluent in English, both oral and written;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Team player, persistence, able to work with detail and accuracy;
Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Specific Requirement:
Have experience minimal 1 year experience in HRD Training and Development;
Understand competency based model for HR Management;
Capable for deliver training, at least able to be developed;
Understand ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and its requirement;
Willing to work at KawasanIndustri KIIC Karawang Barat.
