Primary Responsibility
Make PO to Vendor/Supplier and follow up the delivery order/outstanding order.
Looking for new Vendor/Supplier and comparation of the price/quotation.
Negotiation price.
Filling all documents and reporting to the superior.
Visit to Vendor/Supplier to ensure they follow up the order/PO.
Planning the delivery order and budgeting to the Finance.
Analyze the problem, looking for the decision and report to the superior.
Correspondence with Vendor/Supplier of import material.
Others tasks as required by the superior related to the job position.
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): ENGLISH, COMPUTER, SAP, NEGOTIATION
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
