Primary Responsibility
- Review the overall student organization activities (especially field inspection)
- Guide student organization committees in managing their organization and provide evaluation including suggestion for annual program
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
- Propose required training for self or team working enhancement
- Suggest department budget components

Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Comfortable and effective for relevant position in verbal and written communication in English
- Has good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Special Skills : Coaching skill and Interpersonal skill
