Primary Responsibility
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Maintain office supplies for departement

Age22 – 30 years
Hold bachelor degree in business administration with GPA minimum3.00
Having 1-2 years experience in administration field
Able to work with computer programs (Microsoft office, especially microsoft word)
Good administration skill, able to multitask, initiative
Good analytical skill
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Can work underpreasure to make all the work running smooth
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
