Primary Responsibility
- As integral part of marketing division of Jansport.co.id. Managing & optimizing across digital marketing channel (including but not limited to: SEO, Affiliate, Partnership, onsite optimization, search optimization, usability testing (UI/UX), information architecture) product development optimization, conversion optimization, partnership, new business development etc
Responsibilities:
- Set up the annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales target for JanSport e-commerce platform.- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website and make purchases.- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.- Developing, managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns including mobilemarketing- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.- Managing the redesign of the company website.- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Max 35 years old- Candidate must be posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web design & development, online marketing, online retail.- Solid knowledge for both business aspect (business idea, defining goal, business strategy, KPI, measurement, ROI) and technical aspect (product design, product development, maintenance). Own tactical initiatives, planning & execution of digital marketing & communication programs to support the business growth.- Able to develop, adapt & execute multi-platform social media strategies including but not limited to managing communities, editorial calendars, website developments, measuring digital footprint, building & maintaining blogger/community relationships, plan & execute effective campaigns to build industrial recognition, participation & followings in digital & social media platforms. - Experienced on various market niche: startup, online travel agency, digital agency, ecommerce, B2C, C2C and content provider. - Experienced with various digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Adlens, SearchMetric, Webtrekk), analytics, UI/UX optimization, conversion optimization, programming language & design (HTML5, PHP, Javascript, CSS, Photoshop).
