Primary Responsibility
• Prepare annual promotion calendar that consists of both offline and online campaign, align with the brand principal’s schedule.• Responsible to plan and maintain annual promotion budget according to the approved percentage of sales achievement • Execute both offline and online promotion activities according to the promotion calendar including in store marketing (POP, VM display, etc), events, PR campaign, media relations, newsletter, etc.• Developing, managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns including mobile marketing (sms blast, chat groups, etc)• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company and provide a monthly report using a measurement tool for impressions and engagement of each campaign executed.• Come up with general contents and brand activation ideas for each brand that can be implemented across all platforms including photos, videos, quiz, etc to increase brand awarenes• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

• Max 35 years old• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree major Marketing Communication, Advertising/Media, Marketing, Business Management, Communication• Outgoing and well-resourced individual who loves to tackle challenges in a creative way. Able to use multiple social media platforms, familiar with blogging/vlogging, good administration, coordinating and time management skills, have some experience working in a creative agency, expert in conducting presentations, have an in depth understanding on how to analyse using google analytics and other social media platforms or web based platforms.• Understand very well the B2C business environment and competitor analysis, as well as consumer behaviour analysis. Knowing how to use SPSS (or similar) is a plus.
