Primary Responsibility
• Identify Member and Channel Marketing capabilities needed, develop team goals, structure, annual/quarterly plans, roadmaps and budgets• Branch marketing and merchandising strategies, driving member/prospect engagement in the retail channel, and growing brand equity• Manage the full lifecycle of the team strategic initiatives, including situation analyses, proposed strategies and tactics, budgets, timelines, execution and reporting/evaluation

• Minimum 5-7 years experience leading a diverse team• Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience managing strategically- marketing programs, ideally in a financial services or member-focused organization• Deep range of strategic and executional skills (planning, strategy, execution, budget management, relationship management)• Profound knowledge of marketing strategies of 4 Wheels vehicle financing services, loyalty programs and regulations valuable• Proven ability to develop, execute, measure and optimize marketing programs that drive business results, a portfolio showcasing successful multi-channel campaigns highly valuable• Highly organized self-starter with expertise managing multiple projects simultaneously• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and consensus-building skills, proven by positive references from prior marketing and business partner colleagues
