Primary Responsibility
• Subordinate Development - Guide Executives and Assistant on daily work. Monitoring their work and ensure in the right track• Payroll Management – Responsible for branch monthly payroll processing and assist in yearly bonus and increment exercise• Recruitment andSelection - Manage recruitment programs and the hiring process. Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related interview communication• HR Policies andProcedures - Implement and administer Human Resources policies, programs and practices, and review and update the employee handbook on a regular basis• Training andDevelopment – Implement training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs. Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees. Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees• In-House Trainer – Conduct training to Assistant Manager and below• Staff Insurance – Update monthly staff insurance record, claims and yearly renewal• Staff Welfare - Formulate and recommend staff benefit and objectives that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship• Employee Relation - Prepare and communicate information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. Develops strong working relationships with other executives, management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed• Employee Exist and retention management – Conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs and to detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs• Industrial relation - Handling all local labour tribunal cases and investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers• ISO compliance – Maintain and ensure that department ISO policies, procedure and forms are updated as per ISO requirement• Risk management- Monitor HR Risk and update Risk Register• Staff Activities and Events – Organize corporate events such as company dinner, corporate trip, staff meeting/gathering, family day etc• Internal / External Audit Exercise- Assist in auditing work and prepare all documents needed for audit• New HR Project – Implement Employee Satisfaction Survey and Leadership Scorecard and Conduct HR dialogue• Any other duty assigned to you by superior from time to time

Qualification
• Possess a Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business Administration• Possess 10 years of relevant manager experience
• Familiar with local employment laws and regulations• Possess good communication skills• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills• Team player with good problem solving ability• Must be able to speak and write English
