• Preparing documents for biding(Important -Documentation and Presentation skills)
• Monitoring for hazardous and unsafe working conditions by surveying on site;
• Developing measures and train employees to improve safety and awareness on site;
• Investigates accidents, injuries and complaints and take appropriate counter measures;
• Ensures compliance with HSE Standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800;
• Works out and implements the site health, safety and environment plan
• Develops and implements guideline for safety management
• Plans and implements Safety education programs and activities
• Develops risk management system for whole process of construction
• Oversees safety of machine and equipment
