Primary Responsibility
• Plan and Direct food preparation and culinary activities• Modify menu and create new ones that meet quality and target standards• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs• Recruit and manage kitchen staff• Rectify arising problems or complains• Final screening for all food prior to leaving the kitchen• Perform administrative duties• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulation standard such as: HACCP and ISO• Keep time and payroll records

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Catering• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Applicants must be willing to work in Berau• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent• Full-Time position(s) available
