Qualification
• A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related majors• Have at least 2 years of working experience as IT Helpdesk or IT Support• The following competencies would add values:- OS installation and troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7)- Application installation (Ms. Office, Adobe, Oracle, Open Office, etc.)• Competent in hardware and software troubleshooting, such as laptop and PC• Have good knowledge about thin client concept would be added value
