Primary Responsibility
• Segment and structure the data in the CRM to make it relevant for our marketing efforts and to set the foundation for turning this database into an informational asset• Architect and setup the Hubspot system to generate leads• Collaborate with internal team to design our online assets (website, landing page)• Automate the lead generation funnels for client categories S, M, L, XL• Monitor & Optimize the digital funnels to attain the highest conversions possible• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital marketing projects• Monitor and report on website and inbound marketing analytics• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to increase customer acquisition and lead generation• Build the workflow that systemizes the flow from the marketing leads to the sales team

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience managing digital projects• Experience and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing such as conversion based optimization, SEO and digital advertising• Ability to work with cross departmental teams• Highly analytical and can make data driven decisions• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent• Highly organized and excellent time management skills• 'Can do’ attitude
