• Evaluate and develop standard procedure, and processes related to sales operations, to improve customer satisfaction, sales target and cost efficiency• Supervise, directs and evaluates the performance of the team members in order to meet the performance standards company• Manage and implement the financial budget and fulfillment and development of manpower to ensure the operational activities in accordance with targets

Requirements
• Preferably majoring of Hospitality• Having experience as Operation Manager in Food and Beverage/Restaurant/Coffee Shop/Retail• Proven track in Sales Achievement and Store Operation.• Excellent skill in: analysis, planning, strategic decision making and leadership• Experience manage 8+ Subordinate• Fluent in English (written and spoken)• Computer skill: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms.Outlook, SAP
