JOB BRIEF
We are a growing team looking for a qualified,experienced,versatile and reliable Accountantwith broad skills to lead our financial recording, management,analysisand reporting and to make sure all our legal and regulatory requirements are met.The goal is to assist senior management with financial management and business decision-making,ensuring the growth and long-term success of Krakakoa.
You will be responsible for:
Recording, managing and analysingall accounting data.
Managing working capital, including
inventory levels between our production team in Bandar Lampung and sales teams in Jakarta,Baliand Central Java,
collecting money owed to us i.e. accounts receivable
making payments due from us i.e. accounts payable
Accurately determining our Cost of Goods Sold for every SKU
Providing quantitative monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of the performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Managing our taxes, incl. preparing and filing all monthly and annual tax returns
Preparing forecasts, budgets and risk analysis.
Managing and acquiring all government licenses, permits and certifications necessary for our business
Supporting various other administrative tasks and operations
Keep up with financial and organisational policies, regulation and legislation
