Book keeping:
• Managing day to day accounting (i.e recording transactions)
• Managing working capital (i.e monitoring inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable, making payments andcollecting money owed)
• Forecasting and Managing demand (i.e. orders from a Sales team with inventory on hand and new finished goods from aProduction team)
Financial accounting:
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial reports
• Preparing and monitoring performance metrics
• Management accounting:
• Supporting Planning and Decision making by:
o Modelling production, admin and sales processes
o Accurate costing of SKUs and activities
o Budgeting and forecasting operational costs and revenues
Tax accounting:
• Preparing and filing monthly and annual taxes, including VAT Administrative:
• Applying for government licenses and permits ADDITIONAL:
An ideal candidate will also have experience with Xero accounting software
