Primary Responsibility
We are looking for a Team leader Environmental Management who has an excellent understanding of the environmental and social requirements in international standards (IFC, ADB, and others), and proven experience in applying these standards in international and national projects. The job demands the ability to provide environmental impact assessment and environmental due diligence inputs on a number of projects at the same time, and a keenness to travel as and when required in order to perform baseline studies, stakeholder engagement, audits, etc. We are also looking for someone with the ability to write reports in compliance with international lenders’ standards, while supporting the rest of the international ESIA team, and who is ambitious to play a leading role in the further development and diversification of this team.
Your main duties and responsibilities as a Team leader Environmental Management will be to assist with managing social components of large international projects, mainly in the Energy, Industry, Mining and Maritime sector. Your tasks will also include the management of budgets and commercial for proposal fees and project risks. You will also be expected to lead the environmental and social team and provide quality assurance.

• Candidates should have a BSc Bachelor's Degree (S1) (or preferably an MSc) in in Environmental Engineering, and Hold KTPA (Ketua Team Penyusun AMDAL / Team Leader for AMDAL Report).• Have proven experience and strong technical capabilities in Environmental impact assessment (EIA), including stakeholder engagement, and resettlement planning on international projects and IFI-overseen investments.• Have a minimum of 10 years work experience in handling Environmental compliance both for Industrial and Infrastructure Projects.• Have practical knowledge of relevant international requirements, such as IFC (International Finance Corporation) Performance Standards, in particular PS 2 (Labour and Working Conditions), PS 5 (Land Acquisition and Involuntary Resettlement) and PS 7 (Indigenous People).• Have experience of consultancy is a great advantage, as is a good understanding of international social conventions (i.e. International Labour Organisation, etc), international governance, obligations and agreements, the project impact assessment and mitigation process, and relevant social policy and best practices relating to international lenders.• In order to function optimally as a Team leader Environmental Management we also expect candidates to have strong report-writing and presentation skills• Good command of the English language.• Good commercial skills and you are required to acquire work independently from the market and work on business cases for our key clients in your field of expertise.• Able to work both on their own initiative and as part of a growing team, and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and management skills.• Only candidate have KTPA Holder will be selected for Interview
