Primary Responsibility
• Manage list of prospects and drive deliverables and outreach• Project manage the development of RFP responses and pitch work• Maintain and grow the business development systems, process and capabilities• Ensure strong collaboration with all leadership team, evaluating new opportunities and supporting in the development• Proactively identify project issues/problems and execute risk mitigation• Effectively communicate status of all assignments as defined

• Must have track record demonstrating strong strategic marketing, sales, and collaborative skills• Be a strategic and creative thinker who can address business challenges and respond to opportunities• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, agencies, and other organizations in order to identify possible new business opportunities• Capable of managing a queue of fast moving projects and tasks in parallel• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills exceptional presentation skills• Superior active listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs to opportunities• Personal interest in and strong aptitude for understanding advertising campaigns, direct, relationship and digital marketing willing to learn and research the technical details
Qualifications :
• Degree required in an advertising or communications program• Previous agency experience or related field - experience in agency New Business is a plus• 2-3+ years of experience• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite is a plus• Ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and target environment• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
