Primary Responsibility
• Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels• Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants• Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from users• Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates• Manage the employee database• Propose and coordinate HR projects

Qualification
• Previous experience in headhunting or outsourcing company preferred• Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis• Excellent communication and management skills• Detail oriented, highly adaptable, and quick-thinking• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change• Able to work with Microsoft Office• Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labour Laws• At least 3 years experience in HR or Recruitment
