Primary Responsibility
- Develop the dynamic necessity of HR System
- Capable to conduct employee feed backing and counseling
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives
- Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen Monitor
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training

Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources or related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Age max 35 years old
- At least 2 years experience in handling training & development within organization
- Able to conduct training & counseling
- Good communication skill & organization skill
- Hands on experience in organizing and implementing training program
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Familiar in using MS. Office
- Proficient in English is an advantage
