Primary Responsibility
• To maintain daily activities related to all Bonded Zone administration, work closely with Customs officers (office and on field), to handle any Customs check / audit.• To lead and develop Bonded Zone team, make sure that procedures are being implemented properly, to prepare any necessary reports / information /analysis as per requested.• To support Purchasing Department (and Accounting Department at the end) on Bonded Zone system development, Customs software as well as internal software, working together with IT/Programmer and/or related persons.

• Diploma's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in any field• Fluent inEnglish• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Have a working experience as aSupervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent• Computer literate (familiar with Excel, Word, MS Outlook)• Have a good skill in organizing administrative jobs• Team-player, highly self-motivated, has “drive forward”• Be trustworthy and reliable• Have a good command in English is an advantage
