Primary Responsibility
Follow up on To be Breached tickets and Incident resolution SLA are met monthly
Handle Sev3 incidents from ISAT Management and Business PICs and track them E2E for closure
Tracking of High pending incidents and working with the various resolver groups to identify root cause and apply preventinve actions
Reporting of ticket pendency and SLA as per resolver grp
Ticket compliance audit and feedback and actions with the resolver grp
Qualification
Qualification
3 resources with queue management experience - with minimum 2 years experience in Help desk or service desk
1 resource for compliance and reporting - more than 3 years experience in workiong with cross functional
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
