Primary Responsibility
• Support all the HR problems in Clients SAP Systems• Analyze if any error is coming in any of the report• Some times You have to develop new things and release transport request to Quality and Production server etc• SLA explains the rate, structure, numbers of person and every others terms• Assists in the development of requirements and specifications• Engages other resources when needed with the permission of the PM to ensure that incidents/issues are appropriately resolved• Records incidents and issues in tracking tool, and follows through to resolution• Create and present to the team knowledge sharing presentations when requested

• Ideally must hold a degree or equivalent with 4-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM, SAP Certification would be advantage• 1+ Year experience in build configuration for success factors in Succession planning , Learning, Performance and goals• Experience working with PA, OA, Payroll Time and attendance, Roles authorization• Experience in Data optimization and data migration• Experience with Portal Applications and Standards would be advantage but not necessary• Ability to facilitate & lead workshops on user experience visualizations with Business users and Solution architects• Must have experience in Package Configuration Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design• Maximum age 28 Years old• D3 Majoring Information Management / technique (or IT Background)• Have a knowledge in General Management System• Understanding Product Knowledge SAP, ORACLE, HADOOP
