Male maximum 40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferablein Management, Law, or Psychology.
Having 2 years experience in similar positions
Strong leadership and management skill
Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
Hard working, able to work independently, team player, able to work under pressure,
highly self motivated, attention to details, responsible, strong analytical skill.
Deep knowledge of government regulation
Should posses experience in Payroll, Performance Management, and General Affairs.
Capable in HR Strategic planning, training module, performance appraisal model, etc.
