Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a brand along with all its outlets and operations team members- Manage and develop the new outlet- The Operations Manager sets up, implements programs that will ensure that quality and costs are controlled at each outlet- Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures- Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization

- Male- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality- Minimum of a 2 year work experience in a restaurant (preferred expat)- Has an established relation with offline & online travel and media agencies- Strategic, analytic, and measurable sale objective plan mindset- Entrepreneur, persistent, energetic, outgoing, and extovert personality- Have a high responsibility- Must have an excellent english profieciency both spoken and written- Willing place at Jakarta
