Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for handling Manpower Planning• Responsible for monitoring recruitment, training and compensation & benefit• Responsible for assesment and evaluation of the organization structure, make recommendation for changes• Collaborate with division head or dept.head to identify business process at unit/section/dept/division• Responsible for creating and preparing the system for job evaluation, job design, job grading and salary structure• Develop a performance measurement method that is consistent with the goals / targets organizations• Support the organization's readiness to make changes in accordance with the strategic direction of the company• Design, deliver, and evaluate Key Performance Indicator based on BSC• Monitoring and oversee the annual performance appraisal process• Contribute to the preparation of the policy and procedures of the company

• Age 35 - 40 years old• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent• Required skill Manpower Plannning, organisation development, Job Evaluation, KPI, BSC, compensation & benefit management, HR Policy• At least 5 year of working experience in Organization Development, compensation & benefit• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.• Good communication skills in English• Fast and motivated learner• Excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, and tactical implementation skills• Will be located at South Jakarta
