Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for business development initiatives for our products & services• Identifies, develops and maintains relationships with existing and prospective customers• Liaises and coordinates closely with related division to understand customers’ needs and looks for suitable solutions• Knows and understands tender rules and requirements; Prepares tender documents and attends the related tenders meeting• Provides reports on forecast, market intelligence and competition• Is responsible to propose, review and evaluate the P&L & CF statements• Engages in the full business development life cycle (ie client engagement, presentation, proposal creation, demonstration, proof of concept, project delivery) through to invoicing• Participates in client and company events such as trade shows, exhibition and seminars

• Age maximum 28 years• Minimum D-3 / S-1• English fluently• Having own Car and driving license (SIM A)• Minimum 2 year experience as Key Account Executive• Good communication skill• Familiar with agency job• Willing to hard work, diligent, energetic, aggressive, creative, and initiative• Good looking and neat• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications and Internet) is a must• Experienced as a product specialist or sales within the BTL Agency and/or oil or related industry are a strong plus• Experienced in client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept, and project delivery is an advantage• Self-starter, committed, responsible, energetic, and highly motivated person• Fast learner, independent, high integrity, good coordination, meticulous and able to work under pressure and based on target• Great analytical, good presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
