• Providing data and reports to help the marketing team. • Managing the correspondence between the marketing team and customers if required. • Monitoring customer accounts • Keeping track of sales targets • Answering phone calls • Scheduling diaries.

Qualification
• Have experience around 3 years in Marketing Administration • Experience of ability to handle customers through phone and email will be an advantage. • Good English level is a must. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly, Microsoft Excel (advanced formula, pivot) Excel macros or Access is an advantage
