• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.• Required language(s): English• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.• Full-Time position(s) available• Manage Annual and Monthly Sales Target forecast and achievement.• Monitor Retail sales progress and ensure wholesales performance. Coordinating with sales administration, PPC operations and Monozukuri to ensure timely orders, and smooth delivery of units for dealers.• Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Area Managers and Sales Area Managers to achieve top line market share and brand objectives• Ensure quality of activities and Area Sales managers across region• Periodically review performance through Sales Area Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps\• Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy• Working directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs,sales programs and strategy.• Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
