Primary Responsibility
• Although main mission is as below, it is required multi tasking work• Required general HR task and accounting, GA matter as a start-up member of new company; payroll processing, performance evaluation, standard requirements of occupational competence and recruitment• Handling BPJS and Jamsostek, payroll, ITA 21/Income tax, appraisal and recruitment matters• ※Due to start-up company, this position also work as an accountant job responsibility little bit

• Working experience as a HRGA payroll processing, performance evaluation, standard requirements of occupational competence and recruitment• Business Level English (Speaking and writing)• Working experience related to construction industry• Having Knowledge such as BPJS and Jamsostek, payroll, recruitment matters• Has experience basic accounting matter additionally of HR• Japanese skill• Has experience in Start-up company• Has experience general contractors or developers or Japanese companies• Knowledge of ITA 21/Income, tax, appraisal, accounting receivable and payment management
