Primary Responsibility
• Conduct job analysis, prepare and update job descriptions• Prepare forecasts and assist in conductiongmanpower planning process to determine short and long term staffing needs• Prepare and maintain employment records• Consolidate manpower requirements in the form of a manpower plan, based on discussion and inputs from Department Managers regarding exits and promotions, then incorporate manpower requirement projections for annual manpower budget

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent• Max 27 years old• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Fresh Graduate from reputable university are welcome to apply• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent• Full-Time position(s) available
