Primary Responsibility
Training and Development
• Identifying staff and training development needs• Planning the program• Organising the training and collaboration with all department• Overseeing appropriate the training
Health, safety & environment
• Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health• Understaking risk assessment and site inspections• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely• Identifying potential hazards• Determining ways of reducing risks• Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies• Compiling statistics• Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes• Writing reports, bulletins and newsletter• Making presentations to groups of employees/managers• Providing health and safety meetings and training courses for employees• Liasing with relevant authorities• Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
Qualification
Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Medical Science, Psychology or equivalent• At least 5 year of working experience as HR Supervisor, especially handling training & safety or have a minimum of 2 year experience as HR Assistant Manager• Hold certification of K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) and TOT• Qualified in implementation of ISO 9001 & 14001• Understand about concept of OJT, K3 and employee development• Have good leadership, problem solving and public speaking skills• Have a high analytical thinking ad able to work underpressure• Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung area• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent• Full-Time position available
