Primary Responsibility
1. Typing official letters, maintaining proper entire documents and filing them.2. Monitoring and Handling working permission documents for company and expatriate including visa procedure3. Manage, control office building and office assets4. Prepare and assisting management contract agreement, insurance policy and legal task5. Manage recruitment, remuneration, training and development staffs6. Control manpower planning and administer performance appraisal7. Prepare daily administration personnel (overtime, absenteeism, medical and other)8. Assist secretariat matters9. Following and update information regarding employee regulation in Indonesia by Indonesia government

1. Has min 2 year experience in HR or GA field and currently working as HR or GA staff2. Good communication skill in oral and written English3. Had been working for Foreign /Japanese company at least 1 year4. Min S1 Degree Desirable ExperienceHas working Experience as HR or GA staff in Japanese company Desirable personalityHigh initiative, detail, able to work under presurre, friendly
