Talent search - HR Consultant Indoensia is expanding and looking for Recruitment staff at different levels.
We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions.
(1) Min 1 year work experience
(2) English speaking skills must be good
(3) Good personality
(4) Ready to work in Sunter.
(5) Full-time / Freelancers are welcome as well

Responsibilities
(1) Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
(2) Visiting clients to build and develop relationships; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
(3) Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media,
(4) Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
(5) Managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
(6) Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
(7) Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
(8) Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants
(9) Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
(10 ) Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
(11) Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates .
