Primary Responsibility
Manager3 Compliance staff
Coordinate development monitoring activity and notes important things from the rules or OJK Documents and other obligatory goverment institutes.
follow up and notes the agreement or commitment made by bankto OJK / Bank of Indonesia
Follow the ralization / the implementation of the fulfillment of provisions, a promise or commitment and compare it with terms related to the that apply to knoew the conformity.
Observed the implementation of operational activities bank in order to ensure alignment with the prevalling procedure.
Reported tho the superior if there was a sympton of / indications of impending violation / irregularitiesagainstthe existing rules to get further response from management.
Socialize new regulations to relarted parts to know and implemented it.
give earlywarning to another unit of work over environmental conditions that is considered far less no conductive to act more carefully.
run risk management in a workunit who became its task area
run management good governance (corporate governance) based on principle, openness (transparency), independence of (independency) and fairness (fairness).
Coordinating the implementation of the work task, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundry (AML)
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelor's or master's degree in risk, legal or finance or related fild of study, with relatedcompliance certifications a plus.
Min of 5 years of Compliance function /Compliance Manageror other relevant experience
Having good networking with OJK
Strong Communication, presentation, project management, sound judgement, relationship management and negotiation skills
strong attention to detail
ability to manage task with little or no guidance
excellent organizationl skills
familiarity with regulatory research techniques
ability to work as part of team and independently in a fastpaced environment
Fluent English
