Primary Responsibility
Increasing SME credit portfolio through prospecting new account
Responsible for the assessment and recommendation I decision of loan proposals within delegated authority, outlining risks and suitable mitigants.
Monitoring existing credit portfolio for indication of bad debts as well as restructuring bad debt, if any.
Provide support & guidance to team members so that the credit service is delivered in such a way to optimise the balance between risk and return and maximise sustainable net profit.
Manage the entire SME sales team.
Provide professional advices to clients through jotnt meetings with the team when required.
Responsible for coaching and training SME sales team in achieving team revenue target
Qualification
Qualification
candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree I Post.
comprehensive knowledge and strong experience with Minimum 10 years in SME field.
Fast knowledge and experience of credit proposal preparation, financial analysis, plementation of SME credit product.
Ability to meet sales targets and Bank Goals.
Has an extensive and broad networks.
Familiarity with Banking rules and regulations.
Excellent communication skills to support operating with transparency and clarity.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Strong leadership and organization skills.
Strong in analytics and numerate.
Ability to meet sales targets and Bank Goals.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
