Primary Responsibility
• Gather information about customer needs by regularly visiting counters in Department Stores and Pharmacies.
• Assist in the preparation of key marketing reports such as sales, stock, activities, media.
• Responsible for coordinating and following up with Brand Principal for obtaining annual marketing plan, plan on new product launch, brand and media activation strategies and then working closely with PR Team for uploading content in social media and with print and other media.
• Assisting the Brand Manager in developing annual marketing plan to reach desired sales target.
• Monitoring that new visuals of the brand/product are regularly updated in the Department Stores and other distribution channels.
• Following brand guidelines and ensuring that it is properly implemented in all marketing communication tools for the brand.

Qualification
• Female.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the position, preferably with an imported cosmetic brand.
• Good command of English – oral and written communication.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Highly developed with demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Possess a good understanding of visual merchandising and product planogram concepts.
