Primary Responsibility
• Processing a high volume of travelling arrangements• Processing quotations and project paperwork for all sales team• Processing incoming and outgoing company letters• Reporting progress of project• Supporting the sales force with general operations• Processing invoices from travel agents• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails• Filing of documents• Preparation for video conference• Assisting in General Affair related matter• Take care office housekeeping and maintenance of company asset• Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification

• Degree holder in Industrial Administration / Economy / Industrial Engineering• Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities• Excellent organizational and leadership skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word and excel• Familiar with office management procedure• Must be detailed oriented• Good command of English (spoken and written)• At least 2 years of experience in PMA company• Able to Multitask• Logical thinking and resourceful• Maximum 30 years old• Domicile in Jakarta
