Primary Responsibility
- Recruitment and selection of employee- Ensuring company policy / regulation implementation- Processing staff health insurance- Monitoring staff attendance record- Application and renewal of employment- Keep and up date record of all employees : employee database, staff insurance, training, development, annual leave- Preparing and submitting reports / licenses related to regulation manpower-Administration and document filing- Other duties assigned- To be posted in Jakarta

Qualification
- Degree holder in Human Resource / Psychology / Law- Maximum 30 years old- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must- Domicile in Jakarta
