Primary Responsibility
- Facilitate, monitor and create improvement of employee training and development programs that fit to the needs and conditions of all business units
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of career management, talent and employee performance according to the needs and development of the company
- Manage, supervise and develop HR work processes, personnel administration and HR data collection effectively and efficiently.
- Manage and control the industrial relations to create a positive working atmosphere
- Manage, supervise and develop the facilities and working infrastructure in the company according to the needs and conditions of the company
- Manage, supervise and develop security services, cleanliness, and other general services to support the operations of the company
Qualification
Qualification
- Age: maximum 32 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 years of working as HRGA Asst. Manager, or 3 years of working experience as HRGA Supervisor
- Having good understanding about HRGA, good leadership, good communication skill and good administration skill
- Applicant must be willing to work in CIBITUNG AREA
