Primary Responsibility
• Develops and implements strategic online marketing plans and goals for company• Analyze online performance weekly and monthly, and recommend strategic and tactical changes for improvement.• Staying up to date with the latest market trends, industry innovations and online trends to stay current with e-commerce/online best practices to be able to recommend and optimize website and digital marketing initiatives.• Keep current knowledge of online trends.• Manage all aspects of website maintenance, enhancements, and content to improve user experience

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.• Understand SEO, SEM, Newsletter/Email Marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus• Have a good leadership and management skills • Able to work independently, self-motivated and results oriented
