Primary Responsibility
- Develop & implement sales plan to achieve sales target- Gathering market database and customer's information- Developing & maintaining successful relationships with existing customers and potential customers through phone, email, and visit/ meeting- Responds to customer needs and requirements with solution- Acting as a contact between a company and existing or potential markets- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers- Handle, responding and following up to customer calls against pending confirmation, progress inquiry, etc- Making rapid and accurate cost calculations and providing quotations to customers- Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials- Prepare sales report on regular basis to show sales progress- Support the implementation of marketing campaign program, ex public seminar, events, exhibitions, etc

- Max 40 years old- Min D3 educational background any major- Have working experience in testing, inspection and certification industry for at least 5 years- Good English skill (oral & written)- Excellent presentation skills, selling solution to customer needs- Prospecting & negotiation skills- Have good sales plan in meeting sales goals- Comfortable with computer software, minimum MS Office- Accustomed to tender preparation will be favorable- Have experience in arrange marketing & promotion events will be favorable- Honest with high level integrity- Be enthusiastic, friendly and helpful- Proactive, problem solver- Able to work independently as well as in team
